    The Saskatchewan Chapter of the Western Canadian Blacksmith Guild is proud to announce CanIRON VII will be happening on August 6th, 7th, 8th,& 9th, 2009 in Ness Creek Saskatchewan!  (evening meal on the 6th! and opening ceremonies)

    Murray Cook, John Monteath, Al Bakke, Sandra Dunn, Adrian Legge, & John and Nancy Little will be demonstrating.  There will be demonstration areas plus a significant hands-on area. Hands-on participation will figure prominently in this conference. People will be encouraged and invited to get involved in the action.  The organizing committee envisions this conference to be a large hammer-in with demonstrators as the teachers and leaders. Demos will be scheduled morning and afternoon but the hands-on area could run around the clock or until those trying to sleep shut us down.

    We encourage and look forward to tailgating of your products, there will be no cost to sell your works at CanIron VII.  There will be an AUCTION on Saturday evening at 7:30 with Jack Hill auctioneer presiding.  After auction social with music by Gumby and the Pokeys!
